Radio listeners across the U.S. learn that Sunfiber may facilitate weight loss

Weight loss gets harder with age because “there’s a change in metabolism,” explained holistic pharmacist Sherry Torkos during an interview on nationally syndicated Mom Talk Radio. The author of 18 books including Winning at Weight Loss, Torkos gave her advice for natural ways to lose weight, which included taking a soluble fiber supplement. “The fiber can actually make you feel more full. It can reduce caloric intake, reduce craving for carbohydrates and just food cravings in general.” She recommended Sunfiber because, “it’s clear. It’s tasteless. It’s odorless and it mixes well with water.” Many people think that fiber supplements are gritty and refuse to take them. “[Sunfiber] doesn’t have that unpleasant effect,” she reassured host Maria Bailey. Sunfiber is available as an ingredient in many products that can be found at drug stores and GNC.
