“Constipation when you’re traveling is a common concern,” holistic pharmacist Sherry Torkos told Tampa Daytime viewers. The best way to stay regular is to increase fiber intake. Torkos recommended Sunfiber, a fiber supplement that uniquely regulates occasional constipation and diarrhea. “It mixes well with water [and] juice,” Torkos said, adding that Sunfiber doesn’t clump in liquids or impact their flavor.
