During a recent living well segment, author and nutrition expert Felicia Stoler told Fox 25 TV viewers about a great fiber supplement that’s made from guar instead of wheat called Sunfiber. Stoler, author of Living Skinny in Fat Genes, says Sunfiber helps dieters to feel full, is great for bowel regulation (it helps with both constipation and diarrhea) and it’s a pre-biotic so it promotes good gut health. Sunfiber also promotes the absorption of essential minerals and helps the body combat increased blood glucose levels by controlling the glycemic index of foods. It’s available in a tasteless, colorless and odorless powder that’s easy to use. Sunfiber is certified Kosher, Halal, vegetarian, non-GMO and 100 percent gluten free.

Felicia Stoler is a registered dietitian, exercise physiologist and expert consultant in nutrition and healthful living, compensated to provide her professional opinions.

  • Sunfiber

Sunfiber is a true regulating dietary fiber and prebiotic for maintaining digestive health and microflora balance. It is tasteless, colorless, odorless and 100% water-soluble. Sunfiber is well tolerated and does not lead to the typical bloating, cramping and gas production that other fibers are known for.
