Felicia Stoler, author of Living Skinny in Fat Genes, stopped by Baltimore’s Fox 45 Morning News studios to offer hope for anyone who thinks that they are fighting a losing battle against being overweight because their family members also have weight problems. Stoler says that by changing diet and exercise routines, you can break the cycle. Still, she acknowledges that losing weight can be a challenge and says a practical way to get started on a successful weight loss plan is to use Sunfiber to help you feel fuller – comfortably – which reduces urges to snack.
