Ready to tone up and get into shape? ABC 7 News in Chicago invited celebrity fitness and nutrition expert JJ Virgin to the studio to give the TV audience some shortcuts to fitness. JJ, the author of Six Weeks to Sleeveless and Sexy, advises all of her high-profile clients to get 50 grams of fiber a day.
