Guest JJ Virgin, an internationally known author and celebrity fitness and nutrition expert, says that while most diets focus on what to take away, she wants people to add … fiber. “Fiber will help keep you full so you won’t cheat (on your diet),” she tells the host. She recommends Sunfiber, a pre-biotic, because it also helps feed the good bacteria in your gut which helps you absorb more nutrients.
