Sunfiber natural guar fiber has been classified as a 100 percent natural ingredient by the International Organization for Standardization (technical specification ISO 19657:2017). This means food and supplement manufacturers formulating with Sunfiber can use the “natural dietary fiber” claim on their product labels. They can also use Sunfiber’s certification to simplify the certification process for their own products.

Many of today’s consumers read labels looking for ingredients that are natural, recognizable and of high quality. With this certification, Sunfiber stands out as a premium natural dietary fiber.

“Being certified as a natural dietary fiber further demonstrates Taiyo’s commitment to transparency and sustainability, as well as our commitment to our customer partners,” said Taiyo International Vice President Scott Smith. “We encourage our partners to learn more about how this remarkable fiber is produced, from the family farmers who grow the beans to the state-of-the-art processing facility.”
